Who I am

I am a visionary coach and trainer and am passionate about helping people across the globe find new ways of being that reconnect them to the essence of who they really are. In this way they are able to find the best way to express their uniqueness in the world and liberate their pure power and potential.

I have a particular gift to laser straight through to the core of what is really happening for my clients.

My absolute commitment is to evolving life through social change, liberating potential and celebrating uniqueness and brilliance wherever it shows up.

Do I have coaching certificates? Absolutely - I never stop training and learning. But I believe it is my commitment to my own journey that qualifies me most to work with others.

Potted History

From nursing career (Sister in renal unit in a London teaching hospital) to full time motherhood (two wonderful sons - now young adults and still wonderful) to supporting children with special educational needs to complementary therapist (massage, reflexology) to coach, trainer and faciliatator (qualified life coach and visionary coach and trainer) to - I can't wait to see what comes next!

I have loved all of these stages of my life and they have all led to who I am now.
